Salter Software Solutions, a sole proprietorship ("we," "us," or "our"), operates the Memory Cleaner AI mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the App.

The short version: we collect no personal data. All processing happens entirely on your device. Nothing you do in the App is transmitted to us or any third party.

Memory Cleaner AI does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Photos, videos, or media files
• Contact names, phone numbers, or email addresses
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs (IDFA)
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Crash reports or diagnostic data
• Location data
• Any other personally identifiable information

We have no backend servers that receive data from the App. There is no account creation, no login, and no data syncing of any kind.

All features of Memory Cleaner AI — including duplicate photo detection, video compression, and duplicate contact identification — are performed entirely on your iPhone using Apple's on-device frameworks (Photos framework, Contacts framework, AVFoundation, and related iOS APIs).

No data is sent to our servers or any third-party servers at any point during this processing. Your photos, videos, and contacts never leave your device as a result of using this App.

The App requests the following iOS permissions solely to perform its on-device functions:

• Photo Library: To identify duplicate and similar photos and videos for your review.
• Contacts: To identify duplicate contacts for your review.

These permissions are used exclusively on-device. Granting them does not give us access to your data — it gives the App access to process that data locally on your iPhone.

Memory Cleaner AI is free to download and includes optional in-app purchases to unlock premium features. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. Apple's handling of payment data is governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy, available at apple.com/legal/privacy.

Memory Cleaner AI does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or data collection SDKs. We do not use services such as Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Crashlytics, or any similar tools.

The App is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple may collect certain information in connection with your download and use of the App — such as your Apple ID, device information, and purchase history — in accordance with Apple's own privacy policy. The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because we collect no personal information from any user, we do not collect personal information from children. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us at [email protected] and we will promptly address the concern.

Because we collect no personal data, there is no personal data in our possession that could be compromised. All data processed by the App remains on your device and is subject to the security protections provided by iOS and your device settings (such as Face ID, Touch ID, and device encryption).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
