The Simple Truth
Because Memory Cleaner AI does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, most traditional privacy rights — such as the right to access, delete, or port your data — are not applicable in practice. There is no data about you in our possession to access, delete, or transfer.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), provides you with certain rights regarding your personal information.
Right to Know: You have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell. As described in our Privacy Policy, we collect no personal information.
Right to Delete: You have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected from you. Since we collect no personal information, there is nothing to delete. You may also delete all local app data at any time by deleting the App from your iPhone.
Right to Correct: You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information. We hold no personal information about you.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not sell or share personal information. See our Do Not Sell or Share page for more information.
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: We do not collect sensitive personal information.
Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.

Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Other U.S. State Privacy Laws
Residents of Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights to those described above, including rights to access, delete, correct, and port personal data, and to opt out of the sale of personal data.

European and UK Privacy Rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or UK GDPR may provide you with additional rights, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data, as well as the right to object to processing.
Because Memory Cleaner AI processes all data on-device and does not transmit personal data to us, we do not act as a data controller or data processor with respect to your personal data. These rights are therefore not applicable in practice.

How to Exercise Your Rights
To submit any privacy request or inquiry, contact us by email. We will verify your identity as reasonably necessary before responding to your request and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 45 days, with a possible extension of an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary).
